Toronto Cruises: A Great Way to Celebrate the Holidays

Posted in Travel by AmyNutt on Dec 1, 2008

Toronto is a beautiful city, and many area residents and frequent guests will agree that the best way to view the city is from the water. Where else can you get spectacular views of the CN Tower and the skyline? But Toronto cruises aren’t just for the summer months.

Can you imagine celebrating Christmas on a cruise in Toronto Harbor? What about ringing in the New Year aboard a New Year’s Eve Toronto cruise?

Toronto area residents have long understood that there are unconventional and fun ways to celebrate the holidays while still maintaining the traditions we all love. Check out some of these great holiday cruise ideas!

Christmas on the Water

A new idea for those who love to host holiday parties is to hold your party aboard a Toronto cruise ship. Generally able to seat smaller parties all the way up to 300 guests or more, these cruises provide an excellent venue for a holiday party to remember.

Cruise ships are fully heated, making them warm and cozy for clients and staff. Even large families have been known to host holiday get-togethers on the water. In addition, holiday cruises are a popular way to celebrate the holiday season as a couple or a family. Shared events provide a chance for smaller groups to join in the fun without chartering an entire cruise ship.

Views of the Toronto skyline provide a festive backdrop to a tasty chef-prepared meal. Toronto residents and visitors are learning that it’s just more fun to celebrate the holidays on the water than to sit at home and celebrate Christmas the standard way.

NYE Cruises in Toronto

It used to be easy to figure out what to do on New Year’s Eve. You could hang out with friends, pop open a bottle of champagne, and welcome the New Year. But this year, why settle for the same old games of charades? Why hang out in someone’s family room watching the ball drop on TV?

Instead, this might be the year to do something different and try out one of the NYE cruises in Toronto. There’s nothing like celebrating the start of the New Year as you gaze at one of the loveliest skylines in the world. Add to that beauty with the festive decorations and great cuisine and you have the recipe for a fabulous New Year.

NYE cruises in Toronto are fully heated, so you know you’ll be warm and comfortable. That’s always important when you’re dressed in festive New Year’s Eve attire! Plus, holiday decorations add an atmosphere of celebration perfect for a great New Year’s Eve party.

Useful Assessment of Botox Procedures in New York

Posted in Womens Interest by TrevorPrice on Dec 1, 2008

In New York, Botox reigns supreme as the most utilized non-surgical cosmetic procedure. The drug is becoming increasingly popular with New York women between the ages of 30 and 45 as both a way to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and also to prevent them.

If you’re thinking about purchasing Botox injections and live in New York, keep reading for a broad overview of the Botox process and procedure.

How does Botox work?

Essentially, Botox is a poison, also known as Botulinum Toxin Type A. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because it’s the same compound that can lead to Botulism. That poison, when delivered by a qualified doctor, is a perfectly safe and a certified anti-wrinkle drug.

Botox works its magic by freezing the muscle. It does this by preventing the muscle from producing a certain chemical it needs to function or move. By freezing muscle contractions, Botox stops certain facial expressions and reduces the appearance of lines like frown lines, furrowed brow lines or crow’s feet.

Does Botox really deliver on its promise?

Botox was independently tested and approved by the FDA as a proven anti-wrinkle treatment. The drug is used all over the world, and in just six to seven years since it’s inception on the cosmetic market, it has become the most popular cosmetic surgery treatment in North America. Why? Because it works, and over 500,000 New York Botox users can attest to that.

While Botox will work, the drug is not a permanent solution. Most Botox treatments only last between 3 to 5 months. However, after prolonged use, a patient can go as long as 6 months in between their scheduled injections.

What is the Botox injection procedure like?

Botox injections aren’t just given on a walk-in basis. Usually, a doctor requires patients to book an initial introduction and consultation appointment to go over their requirements, possible side effects or the appropriateness of the treatment.

At your actual treatment appointment, the doctor will begin the procedure by marking the injection points on your face with a washable pen. He or she will also apply an antiseptic to the area to prevent infection. Finally, he or she will inject the Botox into the indicated injection points.

Botox injection sessions usually last anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, including preparation and clean-up. For larger areas or first-time patients, expect a longer appointment time.

What happens after my Botox appointment?

After your Botox appointment, you can go back to regular, everyday life. Doctors usually tell you to avoid the sun, laying down or any skin irritants like alpha-hydroxy acids or exfoliants.

How do I find a Botox doctor in New York?

To find a qualified New York Botox doctor, you can visit the drug manufacturer’s website (botoxcosmetic.com). From the homepage, click on “Find a Doctor,” and then search for a certified practitioner in New York. You can also try the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (plasticsurgery.org) and searching their national database of board-certified doctors.

The Effect of Hotel Vacancy/Occupancy Rates on Your Travel Dollar

Posted in Travel by AnsonWerner on Dec 1, 2008

When times are tough, many people wonder how and if they will be able to take a family vacation. I know that because my wife and I had the same conversation just recently. But given my knack for uncovering travel deals, I was able to show my wife a way that we could take advantage of the hard times in the economy right now, to get a lot more fun for much less money.

How To Stretch Your Travel Dollars, By Paying Less For Hotel Rooms

In economic boom times, hotels typically have 95%-98% occupancy rates. When hotels are running at such capacity, the hotel’s management is fat and happy with profits.

But in recessionary periods like we are experiencing right now, hotels find occupancy rates running at 60%-65%, making it hard for the hotel’s management to make ends meet.

Hotels make money when they can fill their rooms, with paying customers. When running at 95%-98% occupancy rates, filling those final rooms are pure gravy on the hotel’s bottom line. With high occupancy rates, hotels tend to hold empty rooms for people desperate for a room, enabling the hotel to maximize its profits.

But when occupancy rates are low, hotel managers are desperate for customers instead of customers being desperate for a room. Herein lies the secret to getting more bang for your travel dollars.

Full rooms are a sellers’ market, and empty rooms create a buyers’ market. When in a buyers’ market, the buyer has a lot of control over the final price the customer will pay.

If you go to the front desk of the hotel and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the hotel proprietor that you may be willing to walk out the front door of the hotel and shop for another room, then you will have strengthened your hand for negotiating a better price for a room. My experience has been that many hotel proprietors believe that if you are standing in their lobby that you are more inclined to buy from them, rather than to go down the street, so the proprietor will hold more firm on his or her price. However, if you are willing to call the hotel on the phone - even from the hotel’s parking lot - you will find that you have a lot more leverage to get a better deal.

The simple truth is that if hotels are struggling to fill rooms, hotel proprietors are more often willing to negotiate a better rate for their rooms, with any person willing to ask. So ask.

Not every hotel proprietor will be willing to reduce the price of a room, but frequently, proprietors who reject a lower price will offer extra amenities to sweeten the deal. So ask for the better price to see what you can get.

You have nothing to lose by asking, and you could very well negotiate a much better deal if you would only be willing to ask for a better deal. So speak up, and see if you can find a better deal than the advertised price for that room.

Over the years, Anson Werner has learned how to uncover the best travel deals and how to stretch his travel dollar. Recent finds include a $49 Las Vegas 3-day/2-night stay and a trick to get a free cruise. No More Necktie Knots

Posted in Advice by HendrikPohl on Dec 1, 2008

Are you tired of tying your own neckties everyday? Think about it! If you are an expert on tying a necktie, then it will take you at least two minutes to tie the tie and adjust the knot so that it perfectly sits centered between your dress shirt’s collars. If you wear a tie everyday, 5 days a week, then you will spend over 21,000 minutes on tying neckties in the lifetime of your career. That is over 700 hours, or almost 30 days of non-stop tying neckties. If you count the time it takes to take the tie back off, untie the knot, and finally hang it on a tie rack, this time might actually be doubled.

What else could you do with your time? I am sure there are better ways to spend this time than spending it standing in front of a mirror with bloodshot eyes trying to put a string of silk around your neck. Below are a few tips that will help you spend less time with tying your neckties.

Option 1: Leave the tie off:

This might not be a feasible option for many of us because the necktie is part of our daily work attire. If people in your industry wear neckties, than don’t take the tie off. In fact wearing a necktie is a good option if you are working face to face with clients. You will project a more professional image, which will positively impact your performance. So Option #1 is really not that great for most of us.

Option 2: Don’t untie the tie at the end of the day:

In theory, this might sound good because not only will you save time with untying your neckties at the end of each day, but you also wouldn’t need to tie a new necktie knot in the morning. Sounds like a good option? Not so fast! Leaving the knot in the tie for a long period of time will cause your tie to get damaged and fall out of shape. Eventually you will need to go and buy a new necktie, which will actually take more time than having tied a tie knot all along. In addition silk ties can be quite expensive.

Option 3, Pre-tied neckties:

There are the so-called “clip on ties”. They are neckties that have been prettied and have a hidden metal clip sown in at the back of the tie knot. They are not worn around the neck but clip onto your shirt’s collar.

Even though the clip on tie will save you time, there are a few drawbacks with wearing them. First off all, many consider clip-on ties to be tacky, and only meant for people that can’t figure out how to tie a necktie. Secondly, depending on the quality of the clip-on ties the clip might be noticeable when wearing the tie. If this is the case, you are better off not wearing a tie at all. Finally, clip-on ties are difficult to find in fashionable designs and in a wide variety. Well, option # 3 might be better than the first two, but still not the solution we are looking for.

Option 4: Have someone else tie the tie for you:

Teach someone in your family how to tie a tie, and have them tie it for you each morning. This sounds silly you might think? Well, imagine being married to an attractive woman that ties your tie each morning for you. How does that sound? What if she wasn’t wearing much more than the tie? Wouldn’t this make wearing neckties so much more fun? If you have a stressful day at work, all you would have to do is to look down at your necktie and think about how it got there. Now, how couldn’t this put a smile on your face on even the most stressful of all days? I think we found our winner!

The Acquisition of a Noble Title Yesterday and Today

Posted in Society by SpencerMiller on Dec 1, 2008

The medieval era in Europe was largely governed through feudalism where the rule was based on personal loyalty and through the hugely subsistence agricultural nature of the economy. The sitting monarch would normally confer a title of nobility in exchange for loyalty to the sitting power and service by governing lands in the name of the royalty.

A title of nobility is bestowed on a higher class of the society wherein there are distinguishable social classes. First it is acquired and once it becomes part of the lineage, it is passed on to descendants depending on the rules that apply. It began during the earlier times in history when warriors are bestowed distinctive titles out of their chivalry or exemplary war experience and loyalty to the sitting monarch. This is during the feudal stage when aside from noble titles or knighthood; these warriors are promised lands together with some subjects inhabiting the said lands.

A distinguished warrior who earn a nobility title, unless later stripped off that title, carries with him this pre-eminence and the privilege to exercise command on land resources, food, money and labor service from common people or nobles of lower ranks. They also carry with them this lifetime title and may pass them on to their descendants. Noble titles existed in the powerful empires in Europe and were passed on to modern day descendants who still carry the distinction of these titles.

But just like the monarchical families that still exist today and still regarded their royal eminence, a title of nobility no longer command any political or administrative power as they were during the feudal but remain popular as status symbols. Most European nobility titles and royal lineage exist as part of cultural tradition and they are now more ceremonial in character although they still command respect and adulation from the people.

Among the nobility titles that were common and more popular include the marquis, the prince and the knight. The marquis as a title of nobility normally referred to holding a march or a mark or the frontier of a particular district. They were originally counts who were provided extra powers to protect territorial borders. The prince on the other hand is a part or member of the royal family and is the highest among the nobility titles and is normally what is use to call the ruler or the leader. They are normally sons or brothers or anyone who is closely related by blood to the king or the queen or the emperor. Among the noble titles, the knight was the one who was regarded the title because of acts of chivalry. This is because he is one of the types of soldiers. These acts of chivalry were recognized for their extreme care and respect for women, unquestionable loyalty to the king, being of persons of humility, and their commitment to defending the weak and the oppressed.

After the French revolution and the institution of democratic ideals, nobility and royalty were no longer the powerful figures during those early times and nobility titles thus remained only just as titles. Political and administrative powers are already defined by a constitution approved by the majority of the citizens although monarchial families and nobles in Western Europe still are regarded special status and respect by virtue of cultural tradition. There are some absolute monarchies and nobles though in other countries that still are the ones in control both on the politics and administration of the nation. Perfect examples would be those monarchical kingdoms and sheikdoms in the Arab World and that of the Sultanate in Brunei.

Spencer Miller is a researcher, author and Nobility consultant. Recently he found that titles of Nobility are sometimes issued. These Noble titles are certified legal titles that can be added to your name. All nobility titles include full documentation support.

5 of the Best Courses on a Mallorca Golf Holiday

Posted in Travel by MorganClarke on Dec 1, 2008

Mallorca has transformed in recent years to become one of the best new golfing hotspots in Europe. Mallorca golf holidays are really growing in popularity thanks to the

recently-built top-quality courses, fine Mediterranean food, the fine weather and a heavy investment in re-establishing the island as the ideal escape for middle-class Europe. Whether you’re going for golf, golf, golf or if you fancy a top-class hotel, you’ll have a big smile on your face. If you’re planning on a golf break in Mallorca, these are the 5 courses you simply must pay a visit to:

Canyamel Golf

This is one of those golf courses which is a genuine joy to play from the first hole to the last. It’s a very pretty set-up and boasts stunning views - by the fourth hole you can see over the edge of a cliff into the brilliant blue waters beyond. The actual design is tricky so you’ll need to think off the tee and be happy to settle for 36 points. Definitely one to play on a golf break in Mallorca.

Club De Golf

Scoring an impressive 17/20 in the Peugeot Golf Guide, this Trent Jones Jr design offers coastal views along with a fine game of golf. Long holes and some steep slopes provide the core of the challenge so hit your drives to the right spot and always hit longer than you think necessary. A very nice course with an authentic “Spanish” feel to it.

Golf in Majorca doesn’t come much better than this.

Golf Park Mallorca

One of the more recent additions to Mallorca’s golf courses, this Jack Nicklaus-design has swiftly joined the ranks of Europe’s best. You’ll need to be accurate to score well, and approach shots require special concentration to deal with the hallmark Nicklaus hazards – bunkers, water and huge greens. Already a clients’ favourite and arguably the final piece in the Mallorcan golf jigsaw…There is now no reason not to go on

a Mallorca golf break.

Pula Golf

Host to the Mallorcan Open and with a mountain backdrop, this is a course that combines good looks with an enjoyable challenge. In fact, it’s one of the most difficult in Mallorca especially when the wind picks up, and matching the Par of 70 is a tough task…Particularly off the back tees at 6,676 yards length.

Son Vida

In the shadow of Son Vida’s castle, this is Mallorca’s oldest course and it has aged well with the occasional tweak to the excellent original Fred Hawtree design. Renowned for its great greens, it’s also a very lovely walk with a super lunch on offer too. However, make sure you don’t get lulled into a false sense of security because the back nine can bite and golf balls are not cheap!

The sun, the fine sea food and the splendid golf make golf breaks in Mallorca a real treat. Plus, in the golfing peak months of September through to June, you’ll see this beautiful island at is very best. Classy sunshine golf.

What is a Bolo Necktie

Posted in Advice by HendrikPohl on Dec 1, 2008

It is not uncommon for many of the 50 US states to adopt certain trees, animals, or even dishes to identify themselves with. Minnesota for example has an official state fish, the walleye. In addition they also have an official state bird, the loon, and even an official state flower, the “Pink Lady Slipper”. Did you know that one state uses a piece of clothing accessory to identify with? This state is Arizona. They picked a thing called “Bolo” as an official trademark in 1971. Soon after, another state found liking in this piece of men’s clothing accessory, and in 2007 New Mexico also added the “Bolo” as their symbol. You may ask yourself now, what is a bolo? If you are from the southwestern part of the United States or are into western wear, you probably know what it is, and you might actually have a few in your wardrobe. For others this might be a completely new term.

A bolo is a piece of neckwear for men, similar to the necktie. It is a piece of braided leather or cord that traditionally has silver tips and has an ornamental clasp. It is sometimes also called “Bola Tie”, a “String Tie” or “Texas Tie”.

Supposedly a silversmith named Victor Cedarstaff of Wickenburg, Arizona sometime in the late 1940s, first created the bolo tie. The story is that he was riding his horse with some friends and his hat blew off. Afraid of losing the silver-trimmed hatband, he put it around his neck. One of his friends kidded him that he had a nice-looking tie. Cedarstaff, being a silversmith, soon fashioned and patented the bolo tie.

According to another story, a North American pioneer created the bolo tie back in the 1800s. In a trading post in Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico there is a bolo tie on display that is said to date back that far.

The bolo tie is known as a bootlace tie in the United Kingdom. It was made popular by a group of teenage boys called the Teddy Boys in the 1950s. They wore the ties with dark drape suits, brightly colored socks (which they made sure everyone could see), a white shirt with a high-necked loose collar, a brocade waistcoat and suede shoes.

In the southwestern part of the United States, the bolo tie is said to be appropriate for any occasion. Even though it is most commonly worn in combination with the “western/ cowboy look” many consider it to be appropriate to wear the Bolo in combination with a tuxedo.

As you might know, men’s neckwear can come in various shapes and colors. Most common are neckties and bow ties that are tied with one of the many necktie knots. If you live in certain parts of the United States or love horses and western wear, your neckwear of choice might in fact be the Bolo necktie. No matter what its origin, it is the official state tie of two states and beloved by many.

What to Expect From Your STD Clinic Visit

Posted in Medicines and Remedies by TimLeach on Dec 1, 2008

So you haven’t been as careful as you should, and you’re contemplating your first ever visit to an STD clinic to get tested? It’s understandable that you’d be nervous, but it really isn’t as bad as you’d imagine. Here’s what you can expect from your visit, so you’ll know the general procedure.

First steps…

First of all you have to pick a place to be tested. In the US, your personal doctor or gynaecologist can administer STD tests, or you could drop into a planned parenthood or public health clinic. However you plan on doing it, call the clinic before you undertake your STD test – some states need a physician’s review of a test before it can be administered. As well as this, with the various sexually transmitted diseases around, it’s a good idea to know whether the clinic you plan on visiting is equipped to deal with the STD you’re worried you may have.

One question I hear a lot is as to whether STD tests are anonymous. The answer is that it depends on the state. In many places you can have a number allocated, rather than your real name, but bear in mind that some states positive test results to be reported (mainly HIV) – as they are breaking the law not to, in this instance your anonymity will be broken.

In the Clinic

When you arrive at the STD clinic, they’ll need you to fill in some paperwork. This will generally cover your general health as well as your sexual history. Be honest – this is vital. The form will also ask if you would like an HIV test – by law they have to ask you. Remember though, in some states a positive diagnosis will need to be reported.

Once you’ve completed the paperwork, the actual exam will begin. You’ll be lead into a backroom and allowed to change into a medical gown. At this point you’ll begin a face to face discussion with your doctor covering all the areas dealt with previously, but allowing you to give more details, and helping the doctor figure out what is most likely to be in need of checking. Once again, it’s vital to be honest here, otherwise important things can be overlooked, and necessary STD tests may not be administered.

After this, there are many STD tests that may be required, but they broadly can be divided into 2, dependent on whether they need a sample or not.

Visual STD Testing

These are diagnoses that can be made just my looking at the affected area. Examples of this type of sexually transmitted disease include genital warts, pubic lice and genital herpes (if you’re currently suffering from an outbreak).

Physical STD Testing

Physical STD testing covers any disease that cannot be detected purely by looking, and this includes the more serious ones – Syphilis, Gonnorhea, Chlamydia, Hepatitis, Trichomoniasis, genital herpes (for those without symptoms) and HIV. The STD tests involved vary, and may require a blood sample, a urine sample or a physical swab to be taken from the urethra, vagina and/or anus. The latter of these will be a little uncomfortable for a couple of second.

The Wait for Results

You might receive results from some of the tests the same day as you took them, while others may take up to a week to be returned. As to how you’ll hear, many clinics will require you to pick up your STD test results (for confidentiality reasons, results via phone are rare), while others will send them via the post. In the event of a positive, medication will be proscribed to help you treat the sexually transmitted disease.

In reality, STD testing is no worse than a standard trip to the doctors once you get past the embarrassment. The staff are always professional and experienced in dealing with all kinds of sexually transmitted disease, and worrying about your illness without knowing for sure is potentially the most damaging thing you can do – for you and your partner.

A Guide to Egypt’s Holiday Cities

Posted in Travel by JoanneHensman on Dec 1, 2008

When you’re looking to take a luxury holiday in Egypt, you’re certainly not short of choice. The country has so much to see that you’ll probably not want to limit yourself to just one city, but where to book an Egyptian hotel depends largely on what sort of activity you look for from your holiday. Here’s a guide to some of the best holiday cities in Egypt and what you can expect from each one:

Hurghada: A Water Sports Paradise

With 250 hotels ranging from comfortable 3 star hotels up to decadent 5 star accommodation Egypt’s luxury holiday makers are well catered for here. Without doubt, the main attraction of staying here is the activities available in and on the warm waters. It has become an international centre for aquatic sports, allowing visitors to partake in windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing and deep sea fishing. The waters are also home to a huge variety of coral and fish, making it a dream spot for both diving and snorkeling. And if all that wasn’t enough, Hurghada is home to some of the world’s finest underwater gardens. If you love water based activities, Hurghada makes a great inclusion on a family holiday in Egypt.

Luxor: An Open Air Museum of Ancient History

For those with an interest in Egyptian history, Luxor is an excellent place to stay. Built upon the site of the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes, if you make this the base for your luxury Egypt holiday you’re basically staying in an open air museum! The modern city of Luxor houses the ruins of Karnak and Luxor’s temple complexes. Across the Nile lie many more monuments, temples and tombs including the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. Even if you don’t make this your home for your family holiday in Egypt, a day trip to Luxor, perhaps from your Nile Cruise is essential for those with an interest in the country’s ancient history.

Sharm El Sheikh: A Traditional Sun, Sea and Sand Hotspot

For the classic tourist interests of sun, sea, sand and shopping, Sharm El Sheikh is the unquestioned King of family holidays in Egypt. With a dramatic landscape, warm weather and long stretches of natural beaches, it’s no wonder that people flock here in their droves over the summer. As well as diving opportunities to rival Hurghada (250 different coral reefs and 1000 species of fish!), Sharm El Sheikh also boasts an enviable nightlife with a number of bars and clubs guaranteeing a good time. Otherwise the various markets and shops offer a great way to spend those lazy summer days when you can somehow drag yourself away from the beach.

Cairo: All the Culture of the Capital

Finally of course, there’s Cairo. It’s the default choice for many of Egypt’s luxury holiday makers with good reason: it offers an unparalleled mix of culture, art, cuisine and sightseeing opportunities, along with being a starting point for a multi centre holiday in Egypt. With the famous pyramids, various mosques and some fascinating museums, Cairo is a fantastic choice if you can cope with the bustle of the city.

Undoubtedly every one of these cities has something to appeal to Egypt’s luxury holiday makers, so picking one really depends on what your holiday’s main focus is. Perhaps the best way is to combine several cities in one multi-centre Egypt holiday. Whether its beaches, culture or shopping – a family holiday in Egypt has you covered.

How To: Live in Universal Harmony, In Ten Minutes

Posted in Self Help by DougWilson on Dec 1, 2008

First we’ll want to understand the structure. How the whole thing works, right? OK, it goes like this. The universe is creation and it is creative and created all in one. All at the same time. To understand this it’s good to use an example that’s a little closer to home. Think of plants. In particular flowers. It’s spring time and here they come, they’re budding then blooming and what a great sight that is. Then we see them reach a peak and start to fade. By winter they are gone from the scope of three dimensional perception. Where are they? Again it’s time to look at the universe. The universe is best described as energy. That’s the best word to use. We can think of energy, so we can picture energy and we don’t run in to problems with the word. One of the laws of thermodynamics states that energy is not derived from nothing. This is correct, but we need to understand there is no such thing as nothing. Energy, like our flower, goes through cycles. Picture a donut with the outside rolling into the inside. Also see that as it rolls in on itself it spirals around the donut like an old style barber pole. Young people might need to research the barber pole. These spirals are visible all over the landscape here at home and through out the vast distances of space. It is all spirals and at some places it is coming back into itself, just like with our donut. This is a constant thing. This is happening in us as the energy of our cells expand and divide and close inward. We see it as a “change in form” but that’s just the way it looks from out here. Life is constantly going within itself, so to speak, and then it will blossom forth in some wonderful explosion of form. So as we gain in understanding of life, through observation, we see that it’s hardly possible for us to operate or be structured differently. We want to get in the habit of bringing life forth from within us and blossoming for the enjoyment of everything. In our case, everything and everyone.

When you go inside yourself through the process of being aware of yourself you are that universal energy coming in and around the center of the donut. When you let this energy flow out for the enjoyment of everything and everyone you are in accord with the universe. If you want to think only of yourself you will manifest your energy in a shallower form simply because it’s not in accord, supported and enhanced by universal harmony. This is why self absorbed people tend to be miserable. In this, being aware of yourself as life, giving breathe to life, and constantly consciously cycling, you will move into the rhythm of life itself. This is often referred to as the river of life for its flowing qualities. In fact if you were to study a stream through the lens of sacred geometry it would tell you more about the structural properties of life than you’d gain by years of gazing up through a telescope. This cycling of energy is the great depth. The great giving of life. This is what you are made of and why you want to do it. In this sense of harmonious co creating you know that with every breath you heal the world, with every breath you create more beauty. As long as you are aware of this you are in harmony with the universe. How long did it take?

Doug Wilson is an avid student of concepts and has spent the last five years seeking out the structural aspect of unrest in human nature . The results of this study is being cataloged and turned into a system formatted on twelve step program principles at Addiction: In the 21st Century
